Stayin’ Sandy is a beautiful new construction beach house built in May 2021.
The 5 BR, 4.5 Bath home, boastfully stands 3 stories tall. and can comfortable sleep 14 guests. The home has a private pool (heated for a fee) and a PRIME location within a 7 minute walk to Blue Mountain Beach! When you're not relaxing at the beach, the porches and balconies will ensure everyone has room to relax and feel the ocean breeze. At 2800 square feet, there is room for everyone!
This home has been professionally decorated and furnished with high-end pieces. The relaxed, comfortable flow of the home is perfect for friends and family to create lasting memories.

ABOUT THE HOME
LIVING
As you enter the spacious, open concept floor plan, you'll notice beautiful white oak hardwood flooring throughout. The entire back of the home is a custom wall of floor-ceiling windows providing tons of natural light and direct views of the the sparkling, saltwater private pool !👙
KITCHEN/DINING
The kitchen is a chef's delight-it has new appliances including a wine fridge, and stunning 36" navy blue Ilve gas range. Kitchen cabinets extend to the ceiling, and are full stocked with amenities including a Ninja blender, Keurig /Drip Coffee Maker, Instant Pot, Non-stick Cephalon pots n pans, and more...just bring the chef👩🍳 The massive oversized island has white Quartz countertops, and comfortably seats 5. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats 8.
Prefer to dine al fresco? Grab a cocktail 🍹and dine on the covered patio overlooking the pool! The poolside dining table seats 4, and the pool area also has 4 lounge chairs and a gas grill. The private heated saltwater pool features LED lights for your evening swim 🏊♀️..... these can be remotely set at your request with special “light shows” or just a steady calming light turned on at dusk and off at 9:30 pm. Heated outdoor shower for your convenience.
The living room is a perfect hangout spot with a large leather sofa, Daybed/sofa, 2 arm chairs and ottoman. Enjoy shows on the 70" TV or enjoy the gas fireplace🔥 in the cooler winter season.

We can accommodate 14 guests (5 Bedrooms) so you’re sure to find a spot that's "just right for you!

3rd level: 1 King Master suite, 1 Queen Suite (2 Queen beds), and 1 Bunk Room (2 sets of twin bunks)

BLUE HERON 🐦MASTER Suite: King bed, accent chair, and a spacious private balcony and ensuite bathroom with stunning marble floors, and an oversized white single vanity and walk in shower.
3RD LEVEL DETAILS:
CORAL RETREAT: King bed with reclaimed wood headboard, coastal bedding and a beautiful ensuite featuring an oversized vanity, marble tile and spacious shower.
SANDY 💭DREAMS: 2 Queen beds, plush mattresses and a plank wood feature wall.The bathroom is a common bathroom in the hall.
DUNE 👌ALRIGHT Bunk Room: Full over 2 Twins (SLEEPS 4). There is a large TV, small sofa and XBOX gaming station!
BATHROOM: The stunning 3rd floor bathroom (shared by Bunk and Queen room) features Blue Palm Wallpaper, Dual Vanities and a Large Tub/Shower!
