RENTAL AGREEMENT: Once a booking is made, you will be e-mailed a POC (point of contact) form and short Rental Agreement to e-sign. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Guest receives 100.00% (less $99.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 45 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% (less $99.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival.

RENTAL AGE POLICY:
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay.

PETS:
You must obtain approval for Coral Dreams and True Blue! We are dog friendly up to 40 lbs with the exception of the following breeds: Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier or Pit Bull Mix of any kind, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, American Staffordshire Terrier or any canine regardless of breed that has ever been aggressive, attacked, bitten, or caused bodily injury. This is Alabama insurance law and regulations strictly prohibiting this. No cats (or other animals) will be permitted on premises. NON REFUNDABLE PET FEE $150

QUIET ENJOYMENT The Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. The Guests shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Quiet hour starts at 11 PM where outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum

MAX GUESTS In no event shall the Rental Property be occupied by more persons than the capacity of the property as stated on the booking website. In no event shall Guests assign or sublet the Rental Property in whole or in part. Violations of these rules are grounds for expedited eviction with no refund of any kind.

OWNER’S LIABILITY Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises and pool, regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests fully understand and acknowledge that outdoor water activities have inherent risks, dangers and hazards. Participation in such activities may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, death or other ailments that could cause serious disability.
